Capital Acquisitions LLC (from here referred to as CAP), currently Molden Heath's largest landholder, is pleased to announce The Parks and Recreations Project- A Molden Heath district allocation initiative. As a product of our realization that fluidity in diatrict possession is a fundamental necessity for the health of Molden Heath we have chosen a unique pathway of actualization to facilitate it: Discriminate District Release. This is how it will work: On Tuesday, March 31st, CAP will release from our current district inventory 13 total districts, in two groups (one of 7 and one of 6) across two seperate time periods. The first group will release between 1500-1600 UTC giving our EU timezone oriented players the first chance at this excellent opportunity to aquire a slice of Molden Heath. The second group shall be released between 100-200 UTC giving the NA/SA players their dedicated period to try and aquire districts. These districts are being given freely, by Chief Executive Order, with NO expectation or requirement of compensation back to CAP. We here at CAP do this while under NO outside influence, pressure or directive. We act at our own discretion as part of a larger effort to "break the mold" of established historical Mass Ownership so as to create a new example of positive District Stewardship in Molden Heath. We encourage ANYONE interested in disteict possession and PC participation who currently is not to buy, borrow or move clones onto these districts as soon as you see them available! These 13 districts coupled with the 15-25 districts we've quietly released in preparation for this or freely given to those who've approached us directly in the last 2 weeks make for an overall unprecedented real, actual, "Giving Back" to the DUST514 and Molden Heath communities versus other historical examples that were far more "talk" than "walk". Once CAP has released these districts, they will appear as "Unoccupied" and will await new tenants until those groups claim them. CAP will not interfere with this process, the new owners will be the new owners however we will continue to lend assets and support to those groups involved in farming monitoring so as to continue to limit and/or prevent the ill effects of rampant district farming (pub full-proto stomps, endless district lockdowns, total zero PC activity etc.) We are trying this with the greatest of optimism and regard for New Eden and Molden Heath, Good Luck Have Fun and we hope to see some new new faces in Molden Heath very soon! o7 Open-Beta Vet. The more maps we or anyone else just sit on the fewer maps there are overall to be played on. This now having been said, I call to a close this phase of the Capital Acquisitions LLC Parks and Recreations Project! I would like to take this opportunity to thank my CEO Shepherd Grey for being open-minded about the potential for this project as well as providing the initial support neccessary to facilitate it. Also my Fellow CALLC Directors who supported it as well as lent ideas to shape it with a special Thank You to Aerrow Nova whose assistance in the first release was invaluable (give that guy a round of applause if you see him, he's a bit of an unsung hero whose hard work is very often overlooked).
